Bivio Hotel Plaza - Livigno

Located in the heart of the town surrounded by natural beauty of the mountains, this hotel offers easy access to almost all activities. the well, appointed rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms provide a pleasant stay. the friendly staff offers exceptional service and the breakfast buffet has various options for the guests. the top, class facilities such as the spa, fine restaurants, and well, equipped gym ensure a relaxing stay with added advantages.

Location in the center of the city. Good rooms, beds and breakfast. Nice interior of the reception and restaurant. Very helpful staff. Free indoor parking.

No receptionist until 7.15. The internet was not working and wasn't fixed until receptionist came. I wanted to go for a morning swim since we arrived late the night before, but the swimming pool does not open until later in the day. I was up at 6 and really wasted my time until 7.30.

We enjoyed having complimentary Wi-Fi access and being able to easily visit Associazione Skipass Livigno located nearby.

even the bolzano airport was not so far. approximately a 15-minute walk from associazione skipass livigno, which was a plus. free wi fi was working perfectly.

If you get the room near the room in which live girls that dance in the night bar every night, noise will be not until 02:00 but untill 05:00.

Disco and the most central location at night creating noise and disturbance to sleep.

This hotel is situated perfectly in the hub of the Village, providing easy access to all the shops and just a short distance from the ski slopes. The service room is meticulous, ensuring that every detail is taken care of for a luxurious stay. The staff is friendly and easy to deal with, making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. The rooms are new, comfortable, and very clean, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The spa is well-equipped and offers a range of treatments and amenities, allowing guests to indulge in relaxation.

I highly recommend this place to all, as it offers a fantastic location, excellent service, and top-notch facilities.

Bivio is a great place to stay, the staff is very very friendly and accommodative, the restaurant and bar are awesome and everything worked perfectly!

The staff was cute and helpful, even calling us to arrange dinner on our arrival. The spa had excellent facilities and was open at convenient times. We also appreciated the spacious underground parking.

Great view from the room on the [mountains/valley]. The bed was cozy and comfortable. The [location/resort] is perfect for those who enjoy skiing and snowboarding, with plenty of runs and trails available. The hotel also offers a [spa/restaurant] which was a definite perk after a long day on the slopes.

The overall experience left something to be desired. There was a noticeable lack of attention to detail in the [cleanliness/room maintenance]. The [staff/service] were unenthusiastic and unaccommodating, which took away from the romantic atmosphere we had hoped for. We also found the [amenities/breakfast] to be quite underwhelming for the price we paid. we were a bit disappointed and would choose another hotel in the future.

What a great Easter vacation! the hotel is located right in the heart of the village, close to all the action. the staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely terrace with a great view. the spa and pool were a real bonus, and we loved unwinding there after a day of skiing. the breakfast spread was really impressive, with lots of choices and freshly-made items.

One issue we had was the noise level. There was a lot of activity going on in and around the hotel, and at times it was hard to sleep.
